CapitalSource Small Business Lending recently provided Today's Hair Salon & Day Spa with long-term SBA financing to purchase commercial real estate in Salem, Oregon. The funds will allow the salon and spa to move into owner-occupied facilities with additional space for business expansion. Additionally, the loan provided funds for renovations and closing costs. CapitalSource Small Business Lending financed over 85% of the project costs.

In business since 1989, Today's Hair Salon & Day Spa provides hair, nail, tanning, and other spa services. They have ten styling stations, with three designated for men's haircuts featuring sporting events and news on LCD TVs. Today's Hair also sells their own line of styling products.
